- Place the object to be observed in the center of the stage, and adjust the focusing handwheel appropriately until a clear image is observed in the eyepiece (the eyepiece does not need to be adjusted).
- When an anatomical observation is needed, place the living body on the stage, adjust the focusing handwheel, clearly see the anatomical part in the eyepiece, and then dissect with the dissection instrument, while operating and observing.
- When observing the living form of tiny creatures, put the creatures to be observed in a petri dish, then place them on a stage, and then move the petri dish to follow the observation.
- If the orientation of the eyepiece is not easy to observe, you can loosen the locking handwheel that is sleeved on the outside of the objective lens, turn the eyepiece to an appropriate position, and then lock the handwheel.
- When a larger magnification is required, remove the eyepiece on the dissection mirror, install the microscope eyepiece interface, and replace the eyepiece with a larger than 10X in an ordinary microscope.
